Hi people I need some advice, with regards to my previous posts. I am in a weird situation again.
1) Was a PES B
2) Got OOT because of my medical conditions
3) Went to a new vocation and MO at new camp boarded me and I am told that I will be given C9L2!But not sure if Temporary PES or Perm PES
I wanna retake my BMT as a C9L2 , heres some questions
If I get a Temp C9L2 and retake my PES C BMT and if the Medical board decides to upgrade me to Pes B again will I have to do yet another BMT?
I got a sergeant who got PES C when enlisted and completed BMT..etc then Medical Board decided to up pes him and off he go to do bmt as a pes B again!
MO told me that even if I get PES C temp I can do bmt and after I complete they cant make me go again. But I not sure if what MO say is true leh LOL! So many different versions of the story...how?
IF I get PESC permanent then life will be much easier! Let's see what's the verdict! But I think High blood pressure confirm got a chance for permanent as mine's about 160-180/90
All depends on your unit. They want you go you have to go.
PES C BMT & PES B BMT different, so you have to go again if you up pes.
Elv wan, think carefully for your long run. Is it because of your medical that you cannot serve a proper BMT? or you want to use your medical PES status for a modified BMT? It may reflect badly later when you want to get a government job or study locally.
Hey guys,
Thanks for the replies =) Well, I went to consult the Specialist in CGH. My blood pressure problem is genetic!
Well, regarding to Sky's reply. I thank you for replying but I think your logic not be holistic. There are thousands and thousands of soldiers who down pes after elistment.
Some may be chao keng, some may be real. I will not judge, I like to give the benefit of the doubt. GOD will judge bah =) But the main thing is if those people who got evidence and down pes. I don't think it affects them in getting jobs or studies unless it's PES F.
A-C still ok, E is jia lat (need to explain to your employer why you got E) , F is ....
Though I know of this uncle in Church that got PES F due toa heart condition and still became a lecturer in a prominent Polytechnic.
Now, for my case I am going to complete all my tests now. It's a long and tiring journey but I wanna think my commanders and Platoon mates in my armor unit and current unit.
I am going to do a one time good one! After my final PES REVIEW I WILL finish my BMT. I am doing it not just for the rank or money but as a challenge and duty.
Thank you all God bless!
Dude, I'm PES B due to high Myopia and further test after BMT concluded that I've high blood pressure as well due to genetic but I pleaded with the MO to post me FFI for command school, got posted to OCS and commissioned. And by the way, I have very bad sweaty palms too.
It's all in the mind.
