  Ops Manning got 2 kinds, silent and open.

  Open type is the one you see on TV, where there are those green codewords flashing.

  Silent type is the one where they send you SMS/call you up.

  Either way, when you get called up or you see your unit's codeword, just get ready FBO, go down to your camp.

  Usually they will either let you go after you sign, or ask you wait till 5pm before letting you go.
