Last 2 weeks my right toe have been hurting like a bitch. Just last week i think an ingrown toe nail have developed, now the flesh of the side of my toe rots with pus. I also noticed my right foot is slightly crooked leaning to the left side, obvious difference with put side by side with my left foot.
Seen my private GP, he ask me look for a podiatrist. Some sort of feet specialist i reckon. 11B got cover or not? Get referral from polyclinic?
ask your GP to write you a referral to a podiatrist.. i think they do have them at the hospitals...
that 11B goes a long way at the general hospitals
My GP's referral also can get fully subsidized? I thought usually require a polyclinic or hospital referrals
your 11B covers for all public hospital treatment, medication and consultation.

get referral for polyclinic means ur govt hospital specialist bill is settled by MINDEF....but it also usually means long wait.
What I did the last time when I couldnt wait...was to get private GP to make the appt for me...I paid for the 1st visit to the specialist....then subsequently covered by MINDEF.
so can U wait?
Can just go to the A & E department at hospital which is free and they will refer you to the specialist clinic which is free too with 11B

Funny, why dont you report in your camp medical centre and get the MO to follow up?
You will get the excuse footwear etc. And you dont need to endorse your external MC with the SAF.

we all know that U are not too concerned with the overcrowding at A&Es with the non-emergencies....but A&E doctors can just tell U to come back for day clinic...after U have been in the queue for...3hrs?
weird, IGTN is something a camp MO should be able to handle, my short 1.5months in Tekong we see 6case of IGTN removal liao. simple process lah.
all A&E now got triage nurse. u hope to take shortcut to doc via A&E forget it. unless they damn free when u visit.
the last time i went to MO he knn ask me wait it out. now its getting worse everyday, bleeding and got smelly pus. Maybe tmr i go MO again.
