Hi guys, how do I know whether I'm in the leadership batch or not?

Because I've seen other people posting things like :
-PTP standard batch
-PTP leadership batch
-Enhance standard batch
-Enhance leadership batch
you already say enhanced batch...still asking u enchance batch or not..how the fuck u wanna be a leader?
As long as you are in Tekong(not mono), you are in the leadership batch.

Being in Tekong and not in MONO intake doesn't mean you will be in leadership batch. There are standard batches nowadays that's why TS is asking how he knows whether he is in Leadership or standard batch.
@TS: As long as you are a diploma or A level grad, you SHOULD be in leadership batch.

Enhanced batch simply means you serve 1 Yr 10 Mths instead of 2 Yrs. Anybody who has gotten at least a silver for NAPHA would be eligible for enhanced batch. Being in the enhanced batch doesnt mean you are in the leadership batch.
Leadership batch only meant for those in tekong who has to take sit test, usually for JC and Poly graduates. Only those who have taken sit test are eligible for command schools.
Those who dunno anything (probably you were from a mono-intake), shut your bloody mouth.
If you wish to qualify to be groom as a future leader and further hone your military skills, then you are expected to put on your best behavior in BMTC and try your best to excel in the respective tests such as IPPT, Sit-test, SOC and that's including helping your platoon mates oil their rifles.
