Twice a week I would go for execise.
Every time I do I would run 1 round around my house which is about 3km.
After run I do 8 - 10 pull ups, then 20 push ups, then 20 crunches.
Is this enough to maintain my fitness for yearly IPPT? Any static execises I need to add?
And Im rather weak on my SBJ, barely pass only, how do I improve it?
Wah, your house really big, perimeter is 3km end to end hor?
You run 3km, the problem is how long you take to run that 3km, do you take the time?
20 push ups are pointless, 20 crunches even more pointless. You should push yourself to do more each time.
SBJ is more on technique rather than strength. Learn to move forward your arms with your legs when jumping, and you will get the momentum to land further. Don't worry about landing on your face, thats why your arms need to be in front.

I got one frenz his standing baord jump always fail. He go gym do a machine to train then pass le.

Join me to do squats for SBJ lor.... back squats about 110kg, front squats 70kg, jump squats about 50kg

power jump and ranger jump. ask ard ur frens see if they know what are those

If u trust me, try my method for yr SBJ: Do 20 reps of single leg hops (one leg at a time). Each stride must be yr maximum length. Rest 5 mins. Then repeat the above for 3 sets. Check yr terrain first, look straight when u hop and focus so that u won't twist yr ankle.
