  any lucky ones gets posted to a camp near to their home.

  not true for all.. but when our postings are determined in airforce school, they did try to post us as near to our homes as possible..

  Well back then I don't even had the slightest idea where my unit was......so when I landed in Seletar I was rather happy. To add to bonus, I was attached to a stay out unit. So I guess it's all luck.

  mi stay in boon lay... my whole 2 1/2 all in pasir laba camp except for 3 mth in tekong...

  Haha....I pes B.....combat fit even now....my friend ,combat fi also, lucky to be posted together to service unit. His friend, service fit, kenna posted to combat unit...stay in.

  during ns days

  i was in stay out unit not far from my house

  then my reservist camp was pretty far away

  but good thing was spending my shiok reservist life

  sounds like holiday resort
