NS: In Overseas,Ask Back to Serve, Call CMPB & ICA Directly?

  hiii

  i born in singapore 1986. i'm a singaporean. But i came india 1988 because my father and mother separation. i visit  singapore in 1994. Then i continued my studies in india. In 2005 they call for ns. But i replied that i was studying after finish my studyies i'll come and join. i finished now and applied for passport renewal in singapore embassy chennai. They gave 3 phone numbers to call mr.chua cmpb . my uncle called him and chua said that they going to take me to prison.what should i do now. can anyone assisst me. i'm ready to go ns but i need renew my passport.

  I got a mail from NS. They said to apply for a travel document , document of identity. Can anyone tell me what is travel document. How long it takes...???
