  I am an army personnel and I have just completed my BMT. My current black spectacles now is blurrish and I can't seem to see through it. I suppose my degree has changed quite a bit. If I replace my spectacles now, 1) Will I be able to enjoy a discount? 2) If so, how much? 3) If yes, which spectacles shop should I go to? 4) After your BMT, are you allowed to wear blue spectacles? Thanks in advance for answering my question! :)
