  Hi,

  I just went for my checkup at cmpb. I was given PES D for 3 months due to some shoulder and migraine issues still being investigated by the specialists. On my form, "CMO RM6 with MEMO" is written. Does anyone know what this means?

  Also, "lipids" was also written on the form and I was told to return to the blood-taking station. There, the person looked at the form and asked me whether anyone in my family had heart disease. I told him my mum has it. Then he peeled off one of the name stickers and pasted it on a sheet of paper and told me to return to the medical room. Does anyone know what this is all about? Thanks in advance.

  All enlistees who are joining NS this year, if you have any medical problems (genuine), please seek a specialist & get a medical report from them ($150 & above, Its worth it) then on the day of the medical checkup, throw the report to the MO.

  Its better to downgrade before enlisting rather than after enlisting. I downgrade 6 years after I ORD. Wasted......

  Its a form of psychosis....I suggest you go visit IMH by yourself asap. If your mental problem is genuine, the IMH doc will write a memo for you to down PES....deps on the severity of your illness, possibly downgraded to PES C2 or in extreme cases PES F.

  i am not sure what i am diagnosis with, but the the phych from SGH diagnosis with me adjustment disorder and anxiety when handling firearms. MO from MMI or IMH didnt tell me about my diagnosis.
  
  so most likely i will get a vocation or clerk and storeman?(will it be driver too?)

  U gt tell them u hear voices? U hear wad kind of voices?

  I think L9 cant be driver only storeman or clerk. Even if u be driver tell  MO u cant cope he will revocate u.

  ORD Jun 2003, up till now no Call Up & no Unit yet. Suay yesterday got sms from NS to login via www.ns.sg to update particular. I saw the Unit i'm posted to! Amber period xx feb to xx mar!! What to do siaa??? & yes im C9L2! Where got no 4! Must topup cash to buy sommore..!! -.-

  You should have at least 200 plus in emart account, enough to buy number 4 for sure.

  Yeah.. checked i've only 20 odd credits.. Called up the hotline and they will inform my Unit on which attire to report in. 7 odd years, me think the no 3 cannot fit liao.. lol.. the shoe confirm koyak already..

  Did they said number 4 on the SAF100? If yes, perhaps u can call the unitup and tell them u C9L2 no number 4 how?

  Btw I thought only Pes E issue number 3?

  Its obviously not very serious....serious cases kana E or F definitely.

  Upgrade from Pes E, re-course @ BMTC for 2 months b4 ORD.. Dat one draw from store in previous unit.. -.-

  PES C should be moderate mental illness.

  PES E and F are severe.

  PES B is mild mental illnesses

  Hi there. As mentioned earlier, have Obssessive Compulsive Disorder. I went for my regular appointment in IMH, and I requested a letter from my doctor to write to army. I am supposed to book my medical screening appt next wednesday.

  My doctor wrote a memo to army mo stating that I have OCD, and also stated the medicines I am taking now. That is all that is on the memo. Is this sufficient to show to MINDEF? Or do I need to get medical report? My doctor says this memo will tell MINDEF I have this condition, and then MINDEF will write in to IMH to ask for medical report. Then, they will look and decide what to do. Is this true? Is the memo he gave me enough to support?

  OCD? Possible downdrade to C2 or E, depending on severity of your condition.

  Can be C9 also my BMT gt ppl gt OCD. C9L9 I think. If gt fear of contamination or germs excuse field camp.

  Can be PES E too.
