BMT: Commanders' Appraisal

  how long should i write for commanders' appraisal? i just booked out after two weeks in camp and i dunno much about my commanders anyway. Is a few lines acceptable?

  true that. For my company, my OC will review them first. Then pass it along to the permstaff to look at. I guess if there is anything serious then the OC will act, if not he'll just let us "reflect " on our appraisals.

  I remember in the old days we encouraged recruits to do this and after reading them ....we make would make sure that their BMT were never the same again>LOL
