NS Pay Matter: Go Ask Chief Clerk @ Unit S1 Branch ?

  Hi all, 

  My friend just phone me and complain to me, that there is a deduction of Ad-hoc payment of $270 from this payslip. It is really strange. His platoon mates dont seems to have such deduction and he claim that he has not bought any insurance, safra membershipa and etc. 

  Any1 know how to find out more detail about this?

  moderator, u change the topic title? What do u meant by: "Go Ask Chief Clerk @ Unit S1 Branch ?"

  Do u meant he should go and ask his chief clerk? where is unit s1 branch? contact no?

  yes he should go ask the chief clerk...and...ask nicely.

  s1 branch is the HR dept of his unit.

  system failure...happened to people applying for exit permits  etc too.very common nowadays.

  I suspect it could be medical bill. But I thought it is free for NSmen? Or is there a capped?
