NAPFA Silver = 2 Months Fitness Cut = 22 Months NS

  Hey guys,  im a pre-enlistee with some questions.

  First off, i haven't received my letter of my enlistment date yet and i have yet to take my NAPFA test.

  I read online that i am advised to take my napfa test 2 weeks before enlistment. However, will that decrease the 2 months if i get silver and above? (Assuming i already received my enlistment letter a month ago)

  My brother told me that there is no way they can change my company or enlistment date the moment i receive my letter, thus i came here to get advice from the experienced ones.

  I would really appreciate it if you guys are able to answer my queries and get rid of the worries that i have.

  Yes you can change your enlistment date. But you must call CMPB up and tell them that you have got your silver for NAPFA.

  Anyway, don't wait till the last moment, there is no guarantee you will get a silver or gold for sure is you take the test just a  few weeks before enlistment.

  phew okay, thats a freaking relief. yup i'll train asap and take it at least a month before i enlist ^_^ thanks for the reply.

  Even one month before enlistment might be a bit too late.

  You should take your NAPFA at the earliest possible opportunity.

  oh boy, okay so assuming my enlistment date is during july, how many weeks/months before enlistment is a safe date to take my napfa, obtain a silver and change my enlistment date?

  do it asap! never ever leave anything to chance when you're talking about the saf. it is not efficient and productive as claimed by our minister..
