ORD: Reserve Holding List (RHL)

Just received a letter from SAF, saying that I've been posted to Holding List by NSPC. What does that mean? Do I still have to report for mob manning?

holding list means no unit. congratz!
there will only be mob manning, reservist recall unless u have unit...cheers!

Lol? So I'm free of any obligations now? Just to confirm, no ICT? No mob? No nothing?

at least u need to apply exit permit when u go overseas. Unless u rx letter from mindef, or else, no ICT, no mob, and if u are pes C and below...no ippt. Happy?

so i didnt get this letter, is there anyway to check which unit im posted to without calling them..checked ns.sg and under myunit its the same as the one during my nsf days..

Then your NS Unit is the same as what it says. IF you are like the lucky guy who started this thread and myself, it will just state that you do not have a unit.And ironically, asks you to contact your chief clerk if you have any queries. Cos if you don't have a unit you don't have a chief clerk.
You can call the hotline to confirm. Check the number on the site.

If you see something like this, means you have no unit.
If you see something, means you have been posted to a unit. -

Everytime you go overseas for more than 24 hours, overseas notification at ns.sg website.
No mob manning until a code has been given to you.
No SAF emart credits.
No unit. But not clear of NS obligations before 40. You can be posted to a unit anytime before 40 for WOSEs / 50 for officers.
No IPPT if PES C2 and below, if not IPPT and RT applies yearly. -
if you are studying in local uni and you kanna posted to IHL... it really means no unit.. no call up, no mob, no ict... absolutely nothing... only need to fulfil ippt.
Fail ippt, go RT. This will last all the way till you finish your uni studies.
