3 weeks of MC should be more than enough to make you OOC.
Recourse for BSLC will be very unlikely though.
If you are unlucky, it is possible to remain at the company line till the batch you are with pass out, and I don't think anyone can tell for sure where you will be posted to after you OOC, as there are quite a lot of possibilities.
If you are sent for the CQ course, yes, it is still possible to be a 3SG.
1.5 wks of MC will OOC BSLC. If you are still combat fit (i.e PES A/B) you will recourse BSLC. Just tell your PC during your OOC interview. Most likely you will join the next batch of BSLC.
After you OOC, most likely you will stay at coy line. If not get posted to Guard room coy to tank guard duty. If you are super lucky can get posted to HQ to help with admin. OOC during BSLC you have little chance of getting 3SG. If OOC during ASLC got a much higher chance.
Yes there is still a chance to get 3SG rank provided you are posted to a 3SG estab for your vocation. Examples are CQ or Admin spec ect ect...of course you still need to meet the prerequisites prior to promotion....like clear IPPT or attend the necessary courses...
