my qn is, for NSFs, does the claim come together with my monthly pay on the 10th of each month or as a stand alone payment? if it is stand alone, cant be so long right? 3 weeks already?
Claims etc are generally very slow i believe. Never claim from SAF before but my own claims can take up to 2 months sometimes and SAF is never known for high efficiency so just wait.
normally should come with monthly pay aka on the 10th.
form what i know, marksman ,IPPT, driving bonus all came together with the pay,

Claims from places outside of SAF la. U think only SAF can claim money meh.
if I am not wrong, I believe they will pass you the money direct instead of crediting direct into your monthly pay. ad-hoc claims are processed separately from the other standard salary/allowance. I was in charge of processing these General Expenses claims in the past, tat's why I know.
You can ask the person-in-charge whom you submit your receipts or claims to (i.e. your approving officer) to double confirm on it.

The claim is credited to your bank account upon 3 days of the submission of monthly claims in your E HR account. You need to click submit in the E-HR after keying in all your claims FOR THE MONTH.
And note that you can only submit all consolidated claims on a monthly basis.

Such practices has ceased to exist long ago. All claims and payment are electronically effected. Only in unusual circumstances would they do manual payment.

Hi unclebutcher,
As mochi_cake has kindly suggested, you can try seeking help from the relevant authorities, preferably via mail. You may also want to cc to the officer in charge of your department.
Cheers.

relax, the transition to E-HR is still ongoing....full migration of the data is probably not expected to be completed till the end of the year. Even the E-HR is still buggy...
