just remb progessive training .. be consistant and have determination.. u sure will get there..a pass is not hard..unless ur overweight then u need slim down first.

Daily pullups should be done in tekong or was it only my coy that made us do pullup training at least once each day before meals... outside of the usual pullup training during strength training

before going for meals go pull...
if very free...he bring us all to pull up station
all.. die die must complete 5 set of 6.. or 10 set of 3.. whatever he say ..
if cant do 1 set.. = 20 push up..
n he really mointer 3 by 3... during bmt i only can do 6 ( after bmt i kanna post to his company ) i slowly improved to 8 then to 12...
and im not the only 1..so if u ask me ill say the best way is to keep pulling...nxt day ur arm pain like crap.. its normal.. ( of cos not until ur bone break ) no shape also kanna pump until got shape.

Mind really did bleed then my PS let me skip 1 or 2 pull up training but damn sian.
Gloves makes it harder to grip or at least thats how i feel.

dosent matter... u under over or acceptable..
as long u train hard .. u can hit 6 ...
usually pple who are underweight can pull more n easier to train. becos they are light.
just increase your arm muscle.. your strength..
when u do pull up..try under and over.see which 1 suit u best..then dont change anymore.

Seriously I think running a longer distance but a slower pace help to build up for your 2.4km

Don't be demoralised. Just keep training urself and you will slowly improve and do much better when you enlist.

Hi isoboney,
Do not worry too much, since you still have some time before your enlistment. For the time being, if you do not have any major commitments, you may wish to consider creating an exercising plan which you can follow at least 3 days a week, preferably on alternate days.
Since you know best as to how much physical training your body can take, you can try searching around online to have a rough idea of which exercises and at what levels suit you best.

I'm going to proceed with pushups. Then during holidays go for slow jog 3 times a week.
Starting from 800m > 1.2km > 1.6km > 2km > 2.4km. Will this kinda planning works?

Hi isoboney,
This plan will work, provided that you keep a tab on your personal timing as well. Besides building up on long distance endurance, you will also have to work on increasing your speed, such that you will meet the timing once you can run a full 2.4km.

Yea. After today, i realised the main fallback i faced is that i cant endure the 'very tiring' feeling on my legs. Guess i need to improve on that. I was planning to increase stamina followed by speed.
