Thats interesting news. Maybe some of the easier obstables will be removed.
Hopefully the new NSFs can update us on any changes thats going to happen in tekong since there seems to be quite a numbre of new changes starting for this Dec batch.
Hope they add on more challenge obstacles like the Japanese show.
i think they should improve those station which require 1 to jump from a height
like low ramp and whats another called forgot..
cos most people always got into problem not landing properly.

Actually i feel those stations are still important since there are always times when an NSF might have to jump from a height so giving them some practice and getting used to how they should land is important.
The other 1 with the jump should be the 1 where they have to balence and walk along a zigzag path if i didn't remember wrongly.

Improve might just be making the RECs have more training jumping off that platform thing to practice landing i guess. Landing was never a problem i had with SOC, there were enough other areas to make me fail it already :p

well of cos.. by making them jump more often...and training..do reduce the number..but still.. alot pple got hurt very freq..
another thing is ..when u reach there... ( low ramp.. usually probably last station also )
shag liao cannot think..anyhow jump..thats it.
happen alot...100 pple everytime at least more than 5 tio.. from very serious to mild.
quite bad.. i believe saf should/can think of a even better way..

I admit most people are damn shag by then but my batch if never remember wrong we had zero casualties for SOC and everyone completed it without injury though hardly anyone pass it.
Like SOC in a dry area, when mud gets onto the obstacles, the recruit can often slip and get injured.
