First, force the crest on the inner part of the beret to create two small dents.
Second, use something sharp to poke through the dents to create two holes.
Third, put the crest in the front, with its two points through the two holes you made, and you just need to put your pin through in the inner part of the beret.
As for seasoning, you could fold it in half to create the "fold" which you need, and place it under somewhere heavy such as your mattress. If you have no idea how to create the "fold", ask your seniors for help.
Ask the emart to help you put on the crest.....as for seasoning, i like to put it under my pillow and sleep on it...
beret nowadays so soft
just remove the inner lining and it falls into place.

too many trainees, emart sure very busy.
thanks for all ur help
hide underneath your pillow...sit on it whenever you can(and want). Iron the side of your beret.
Wash your beret in the washing machine, When its wet, don your beret and shape it then tighten it slightly loose to fit your head. Dry it up. It will shrivel up nicely to your size. Get a beret backing to support the crest.
Put it under your bed if you are not wearing it.
beret backing is the piece of leather? must pierce through it also?
Soak in hot water overnight.
Whoops, that's boots.

yes...
personally speaking, if the beret's shape has been previously seasoned nicely on your own after getting/buying it, to really keep the shape there permanently, it is suggested to iron the right half of the beret.. as tried on my own. [the part where u usually have to 'pull to the right'] the beret in turn will look 'sharper' also.
