1)during bmt got gym training anot? cause im a bodybuilder, going into bmt and made to run like a dog is not going to be a problem, but what im afraid of is losing muscle mass. so inside bmt got gym training, or can we use it during our free time? think i should be doing bmt on tekong
Yes, there is gym training in BMT. And the PTI will teach and instruct you on many fine points on how to use the equipment, how to calculate your max 1 rep, cardio and muscular etc.
Everyone will do weights according to their own strength and potential etc. On average, if you at on PTP, then its about twice a week. For BMT, as there are many other lessons like range/shoot, obstacle courses, endurance runs, guards, etc...so at most is gym once a week.

u go in bmt first, then u think if u wanna hit the gym after a long day
bmt is so short, u are better of worrying about gym when u post to your unit

If you can find a group of people who are willing to train, you all can request to use the gym at nights during your admin time but if you are the only 1 interested then it might not be allowed.
