Nowadays it is raining very heavily often. And I am peeved as to why we can't use umbrella in camp. My OC told me not to. Do you all agree with the logic??

i also use umbrella alot of times alr. no one ever stop me for using one.

I ord-ed a few years back.
I sorta got mixed up with officers,on course and cadets.
I forgot if it was the SAF dress code or a standing order.
It was specifically aimed at quashing the rumors of soldiers cannot use umbrella.
Anyway, it says you CAN use umbrella if only there is no other covered route.
