Is it true that those who are Unfit in ORD FFI will be made to extend their ORD date until they are fit? >> I learnt about this directive from a clerk.
The other question is that i'm having progressing body ache, joint pains without even taking part in NSF related duties, will this cause me to fail my ORD FFI?

Technically, it's unfit due to medical problems caused by national service. Why? Because the medical treatment cost will be lower than when you have ORDed.I got a buddy who had hearing problems due to being constantly on a firing range despite taking all normal safety precautions. He only had to pay 3% of his hospitalization cost despite a month long treatment and the medical and operation cost being free.

but than my body aches and joint pains aren't caused by national service leh, if i report it to the MO for ORD FFI, will the doctor extend my service?
as my body often have such problems which is common to me..but what will the doctor think, any extra medical check-ups or temporary down-pes? any possibility? any previous MO around here who can share your experience?
You'll ORD as per normal, whether fit or unfit.
No extension whatsoever; unless you get charged and send to DB, only then will the ORD be extended as that's a different case issue.
At most, after you ORD as per normal, you will be called back to a 1Day medical review at the medical centre as a reservist NSman.
