just to ask around, for army units on mainland, when eating in the cookhouse, how strict are the rules related to timing/regimental? i do know that air force and some other places is quite OTOT within a timeframe. but for sispec/ocs, almost like BMT? [any notable differences?]
I think other than BMT camps(Tekong, and mono-intake camps), most camps should be OTOT...especially the HQ companies.
But minimumly the cookhouse should have set aside a timing for meals...like breakfast would start from 530 and end at 7...lunch 12 to 1330...dinner 1700-1900...
Well, they should really think of ways to really reduce the dumping of food man... SFI like not much people want to eat since they can get better food at canteen... why not gahmen use the money and give us better so that we can eat at canteen ourselves... not saying about BMT but after BMT...
yah they should just give meal allowance and have Japanese Street Food Court.
changi naval base the cookhouse is contracted to ntuc food fair. damn solid, hor fan, fried rice, ba ku teh, yong tau fu. u name it they have it.
