Go Overseas while Mobilisation Standby Manning ?

  Anyone has any idea what are the consequences if I happen to travel overseas during my manning period? -That is if my application to leave the country is not granted.

  Also- any tips on how to make the application more powerful?

  For Ops Manning:
  NSmen are excused from mobilisation only if they are overseas and have documentary proof to show this. Notification of overseas trips is not considered documentary proof for exemption from mobilisation.
  
  Those NSmen who fail to report or fail to do so within the period allowed by their NS unit will be regarded as absentees. They will continue to be regarded as such until they report to their NS unit to explain their absence. Disciplinary action will be taken against those NSmen without acceptable explanations. The effectiveness of the system and the operational readiness of your NS unit depends on you.

  NSmen who notify MINDEF / MHA are not automatically exempted from ICTs or any NS training and activities. They will have to apply for deferment or disruption from their respective NS units/NSSC if they wish to be deferred or disrupted.

  if mob sure would be sat-sun. just go off for bintan or bkk trip lor. passport chop is valid proof.

  this method is effective but how long the effectiveness can last before SAF chut another pattern?
