Clerks do not go through command sch. All clerks are either PTE, LCP, CPL or CFC generally since they cannot get 3SG rank.
If u mean those clerks OOC, mostly they will post out and are not permanently there cos clerks are mostly filled by PES E people.

Haha, yes there are. You rarely find them at unit level though. Mostly brigade or division.
yes there are a few admin specs.
however let me emphasize to you, that your chances of entering command school does not rest soly on your performance in bmt, i do strongly believed, that the iq test you take during your medical checkup plays a strong part too. as well as your vocation.

Poor thing. At night slp alone. No one talk to me.
If you're a man there is still way to to become 3SG, local promotion loh, different unit got different criteria for local promotion. For my unit is to suck up more to boss, confirm get 3SG de.

It is better not to advise others to have local promotion when they have no ideas of the cons of it.
A local 3SG will have the pay of a CPL only, and not to mention more responsibilty.
Most NSFs are local-promoted as they need the rank to do something like drawing of ammunition and such, and usually these extra stuffs are considered "High Risk". You will not know when you will have your neck on the noose for making careless mistakes, and thus there is a very high level of pressure on these local-promoted NSFs.
Of course, in your unit's case, that is another thing altogether...
I am more concern with my pull up and 2.4km run now.. any suggestions to train? Like jogging tips and ways to train pull up at hm or fitness corner?

For pull-up, lift weights and do diamond pumpings more often.
For 2.4km, run a paced run at least three times a week.
These two might sound simple, but they will yield results.
The real problem lies in whether you have the commitment to train hard or not.
