ICT: Cohesion Event for NSmen ?

Is cohesion activity important to NSmen? Or is it a waste of time? anybody ever got arrowed to arrange makan or games for your unit men?

give u some money to plan for recreation n relax time and makan some food n drinks during reservist u also wan to complain...
then what u want?
whole reservist unit go chiong Zouk or St James Happy Hour then u happy... OR
the cohesion event go n ask CO to cancel, then can put that whole day go rifle range do extra shooting for marksmanship...?

You organise for my unit, can?
My CO don't want to go Zouk or St James. Money given I think not enough for that. You can think of anything to do with that small money but still build bonding or not?
btw, how much money given?
If do on last day of ICT, can outpro outside or not?

u what rank? chocolate bar or stripes or umbrella?
if u commander rank, then u ought to do the job... instead of playing tai chi...if u want, then just plan another national educational tour... e.g. museums, national monuments tour...etc.

u warrant officer is = to a lieutanent rank officer liao...
another suggestion is go east coast park cycling lor...
bicycle rental rate is very cheap at per person,
and there r a few rental shops available...
then call a buffet catering for makan...if can, can also ask reservists wives, gfs, and children to join in lor...

My unit conhension was at DXO club (next to esplanade). My OC and his NSF organising commitee booked the whole place for a nigh, so spend quite alot of money there even though no liquour were provided.

ours Cohesion Event during ICT is very FUN
depend what unit or vocation u are
we, SUPPLY,
during ICT @ ALTI last time is ALTC
we route march, back to recurit time, CSM spend money go E MART buy army caps for all mostly done 10 high key NS mans, march around parade square, sing song during marching,
we have game, also inter companies competition,
it is more team building, we cheer our friend during game, we won, pour SAF TIGER CANNED BEER into trophy, all take turn to drink. OFFICER & MAN all in one.
direct support supply
one of the pionner (logistic supply [ration, ammo, POL, water], Medical, Field Mantainance [vehical repair, recovery])

my unit went to Safra Tampines for games+ bowling for one of the cohesion. another time we go to East Coast Park play Indoor soccer. got one time play some games in camp...

......the only cohension event during my ICT was our first day of ICT when our BRSM standing infront of registration

cohesion is gd especially for NSmen combat battalions. depending on who's going (CO & PSO only?) and the budget u can plan appropriately like e rest above. can ask NSHRC in yr formation on wad is yr annual budget. they can book SAFRA locations for u too.

Cohension good meh??? So far, my 2 cohesions are on saturdays and in the SAME Month somemore .... i duno wtf is happening ...

You can even get SAFRA staff to run the show for you. They give money and do the event. So good.

my cohesion was paintball sessions...prior to that we had a 2hr session wargaming ON that PAINTBALL session
