  as usual there are a lot of applicants also vying for the same post. its the employer market now and they can afford to choose and pick.

  so how did it go alfagal? panel interview? got stress questions? got those competitive interview where lots of interviewees inside the room to see who more solid?

  panel of 4 pple..plus one HR, so its me and 5 pple..

  ended in 15-20mins..by right shld be 30mins..as i observed that every half an hr got slot..

  more of like asking about interest level on the job..no stress qns..

  i was given 7 openings to choose..

   

  hmm..not really confident though..

  don't worry, the 30 mins is actually with added time so they can discuss after you leave.

  anyway short interviews may not be bad. I got both my jobs with short interviews. The longer interviews didn't bear fruit to offers..........

  when i walked out of the room, the hr outside was saying..'wow u'r fast'...then i know not a good sign already...

  Perhaps they believe that you are very outstanding, and have deciced to mark you down for the post? You never know.

  i dun have e passion for it..

  i dun wanna see e situation whereby i'm just doing e bare min. needed for teaching the subject and affect student's learning and interest in the subject...
