the 11B card benefits:
- full free medical subsidy at public hospitals/polyclinics, exclude treatments categoried as cosmetic procedures.
- medical subsidy at private clinic at $10 per receipt/visit, cap at a max of $350 per year.
- dental subsidy (private/public) at 50% of a receipt/visit cost, cap at $70 per year.

The e-prep scheme "subsidies". E-prep is something which you can access some months prior to your ORD till one year after you ORD, and is mainly consisted of various mini-courses which will help you out in your further studies.
There are study subsidies too, but it is only for regulars.
