  hey, i did a search on NS portal, and i found this, hope it helps,

  u need to be at least 16 and a half, download the form, fill it up and send to cmpb

  dam, i cant link, u can find the info under General Information > Enlist Early for NS

   

  but what is on the page is

   

   

  If you are above 16 and a half years old and wish to be enlisted for full-time National Service before reaching 18 years old, you may apply for VEES as follows:
  
  -Download and print a copy of the VEES application form from NS Portal under Pre-enlistee-forms-download. You may also contact NS Call Centre at telephone number 1800-3676767 for any assistance.
  
  -Send the duly completed form to CMPB by post at the following address:
  
  Central Manpower Base
  3 Depot Road
  #02-09
  SINGAPORE 109680
  
  Upon receipt of your application, CMPB will reply to you for necessary follow-up.

  They will sent u a letter when you are 16.5 to ask whether you are interested in early enlistment if not you will wait till you grad from ITE/Poly/JC to enlist.

  i only went for my medical check up last month...so they i will get letter 6-9 month after my med check up.....i seriously do not want to waste any time so thats why i want to enlist asap

  oh, its like that what, almost everyone also must wait, i had my medical check up like last december, enlisting in abt a month time

  erm, the letters alrdy went out, for the next month and the sep/oct batch

  i think so, since i got friends who recieved sep/oct letters, same day as june/july

  Your enlistment is always at least half a year or longer from your medical checkup. There is nothing you can do to rush it so don't bother complaining. Medical checkup last month means enlistment earliest should be Dec/Jan or next yr Mar/Apr
