Malingering ?

This friend of mine "chao keng" pretend to be psychotic (depression) from Pes A to C then now going to Pes E. I dont know how the SAF psychologist/ psychiatrist do their job? Obviously, no matter I how look at him left and right, up and down, he looks normal.
Wooooo, I am also going psychotic too. "Every1 must die!". Hopefully can downgrade to Pes F soon. lol

If hes clever enough to deceive the psychiatrist then i would say he deserve his down PES. If you think so easy to, try it and let us know whether you get PES F or not.

Can you sleep properly every night? --> circle cannot
Do feel worthless? --> circle wish I havent born
Do feel like ending your life? --> circle wish that was done yesterday
Do feel anything unwell? --> circle no I am fine, just that everyone else is not.

Forms can lie and if you are found out, its DB for you. Forms are just to access whether you need to go see the psychiatrist/psychologist for counselling before more is looked into it.

not so simple... psychiatrist will look for symptoms that will support what the person claims. -

Words of truth. Downgrade by psychotic means is really of pure stupidity. Because, one would have issue when applying for University, buying insurances, finding a job. The negative effect is prolonged and devastating long term. Perhaps too many people died recently so SAF tends to be more attentive to these people.

at the very least, the chap can forget about any sort of civil service positions liao ..... no teacher bolt holes for him in a recession liao ......
plus, these sort of things have a tendency to come back and haunt you ....

Servicemen with this kind of problem such as psychiatric will less likely be called back for the annual ICT and they will excused range permanently.

Buying insurance mayb kena rejected, finding job as long as not in civil service can already n be prepared to migrate to other countries.

Actually, he have been seeing the MO for more than a year already, so the MO give up and decided to downgrade him.
Oh he also broke his leg, so by his medical condition already qualified for C9L9. (temp/perm)

Talking about mangliering.
I have seen weird people in the army.
This guy is already a clerk, has adult asthma. He is requesting for a lower Pes. Saying that he cannot take the air-conditioned in the office, it would cause him to have relapse... The MO counter him and say him if he go to Suntec to do shopping and ... Obviously he say "Yes". Then the MO just upgrade him to Pes B loh.

I think it depend on the person's mental condition, with one in six people here suffering from psychiatric problem, it is a matter of time before some of the NSpersonnel go for downgrade.
