sgt meoowwwzi,hmmm always like to knock people down wan hor...from my earlier days of slavery there nothing but those words always seems to be coming out from his mouth 'WHOLE LOT KNOCK IT DOWN'. He's the type where if xin jiao gets treated better than his own batch during the very start of ns time(enlistment wayang show that is), he dulan and gives more hell..this meoow can play musically instrument quite well also....he's one of those whu sign on for $$$...once he has enough $$$ to study music he will fark off...duuno if he's still in the SAF anot...
all these is to my best of knowledge when i fark off during 06...wanna have more updated into just people like ho seh bo or others in 41 who is of later batch..

if the reg specs at H haven't changed since last Nov/Dec, I can say they're quite nice guys, actually.

lol not exactly just referring to H per se, but just pity them for entering 41 where most of them will be stuck as A.I. for their ns lives.. LOL.

better 41 than any other armour unit. most accessible armour unit.
in fact, which other unit or army camp for that matter in Singapore is located just 5 mins away from a MRT station?
although now with Joo Koon I think SAFTI can come a close second...

heh well chances are you're gonna be in here for your 2 years, so u should make urself enjoy the things u go thru inside..
next friday enlist, means u should be either in glory or hawk company.. most of the sadistic sergeants are not around anymore, so life shouldn't be THAT tough but don't expect anything easy. :)

haha thanks for the reply, ur pervious few post seen the claim tt u pity ppl who ended up in 41. While here you encourage me to enjoy the camp inside. So overall it sounds like we (ppl who enlist next wk) will soon be very jia luck once inside? So wat u mean by i should be learn to make myself enjoy?
Anyway in 41 wat we be doing there? is it same as wat other camp do.... take gun and chiong? Heard tt since there is most storage of tanks in there means we are to take gun and help the tanks to see water? Rather drive tank :P

cos previously those sadistic platoon sgts were still in the unit, but now no longer here already.. heh. what i mean by enjoy is to make friends and enjoy the fun u will have with ur platoon..
there's a high chance you'll be an armour infantry, which basically functions almost the same as a normal infantry, except that for most missions, you'll be sitting in an armoured vehicle (it's called a BX) while infantry ppl have to do their route marches for missions..
don't be mistaken though, sometimes you also have to do route marches or what we call them in 41, LONG WALKS.
after an outfield exercise, you'll have to come back and help wash the vehicle which will be full of mud and sand..
if you wanna be a BX driver, u can voice out to ur commanders and after ur BMT, they'll send u for BX driver training..

Not sure yet if i want to become one, wondering what the benefit for becoming BX driver? i dont mean by if there's good treatment, just wanna know if there would be great challenge and many things to learn about military platform :P Errr.....
So you're still serving inside and waiting for ORD? Anyway in ur blog saying that you're getting married (Pasi for being so kpo to know about ur personal life Lols) So anyway CONGREGATIONS :D

Challenges? Oh yes, lots. The vehicle is under you and your commander's name, so if ANYTHING goes wrong with the vehicle it's you and your commander's fault. And a lot of things can go wrong, trust me.
Otherwise outfield is comparatively slack compared to your troopers, get to sit in vehicle and drive around when your troopers dismount and bash around. But return to camp and get ready to stay up through the night washing the vehicle if you're unlucky. And it can get really dirty and jia lat, mind you.

Lols sounds a tank can get u so much problem, then if it's gone wrong how r u going to do? Pay for new tank? Wow tt takes my whole apratment away........... Washing the tanks is complusory for all the outfield ppl and drivers as driver yea? so superdull u still in there?

BX drivers do have a better life than the troopers when it come to outfield, because troopers have to dismount and bash in the jungle whereas drivers just drive the BX, and after that just rest in their driver compartment. Of if u wanna become both trooper and driver also can.. u tell ur superior u wanna cross-train as other vocations within armour infantry lor.. heh.
yea i ord on 15th this month, which means i'll be in time to see u guys come in and surrender your pink ics.. LOL! yup and thanks! got married already. heh.

if something went wrong with ur vehicle, but it's not ur fault, den u don't have to pay anything of course.. cos most of the vehicles are damn old already, so sure got problems one.. the technicians will repair the vehicles for you so no worries.washing vehicles is compulsory one.. usually it's washed by the vehicle commander and the driver, but if you all in a rush for time, the platoon will help to wash the vehicles.. for each armour infantry platoon, there will be 3 vehicles.. one for each section.
of cos it's super dull and sian, but no choice mah.. after my BMT in tekong, posted here so just suck thumb lor

life in army is getting better and better down the years i rmb my time in 41 all the specs almost all of them CB one..but i have to admit that the massive tekaning during my time do help in my fitness to clear my ippt sooner during my active days...now i am struggling with my RT...sianz...
