Medical Board: Downgrade ?

Hi everyone , im OOC-ed from bmt in jan and was scheduled a MMI appointment just few days ago. The review did went well and the specialist is willing to send me on medical board. So he send an email regarding my condition to my camp MO, his assistant den tell me go back camp to tell him i got downgraded. So today i went to the MO , but however he say im not eligible to. When i told him the MMI specialist has agreed to ( chances of downgrade are high when referred by MMI? i heard), he say the medical directive he referred to dosent show so, and particularly because the directive is created by a few specialists, he said he has to follow the book and rely on their opinions more than that particular specialist. So im at a loss of what to do now. Do i have zero chance of being downgraded?
And also, particularly i feel that SAF MOs feel my condition is mild. actually i have uneven legs which make me walk quite awkwardly, people see me as limping but actually this is how i have been walking since birth. Also my knees dosent look normal i duno the medical term to describe it. Its the specialists that truly acknowledge my condition. I did see a specialist at TTSH before and he wrote a memo for me that i would have difficulty doing high risk activities. However this MO and the MO i see in tekong insist i cannot downgrade. The one in tekong i have to be reviewed 2 times before he is willing to OOT me, however he is also on an unwilling basis
Can any1 help in my condition? i know its quite a long story but i will appreciate any help. -
I guess if the MO thinks you don't need to down pes, you probably don't need to.
What does outside specialist know about the SAF pes grading system? Besides, they are probably more lenient because you paid them.

Er pardon but i have seen two specialists, one is from MMI. he should have knowledge about the pes grading system too? and he is willing to medical board me -
