no, the normal 9 weeks BMT.Yeah so wondering if i now train 3km until im comfortable is enough to prepare for the 9 weeks BMT
AHM is not called Army Half-Marathon 21km for nothing u noe....
pls la. 21km for selected people not BMT la. 3 to 5km should be enough la. train upper body also. surely kenna a lot of push up and sit ups also.
if u wanna run.. try to run like mon tue.. wed rest the thu and fri again. Coz BMT dun run long distance.. but sometimes got alot of those running training for 2.4 nia. Try carry load and walk more.. can try at macritchie.. its a good prep for your route march.. best if you can get boots and wear first.. just a suggestion..coz for me.. i hate the blister part.. other than that.. BMT is okay one.. just that you will miss home when the boat leave the jetty
