Tell Off Superior B4?

  Topic as above.

  That time,when I went back to serve the balance of my NS after my uni studies as a 25 yo 3SG,I found the attitude of some of the junior commanders really CMI.

  The most extreme was I said "fu-ck you,you better change your attitude" to a newly minted 2LT. He was shocked but it ended there.

  not that I recall .... but I did kicked a full lefty awake during a CPX, cos the colonel was staring in his direction .....

  he glared at me but I coughed at looked at the 3 crab and he caught on .....

  chap had the good grace to thank me for it later ...

  Haven you heard of a Chinese saying that loosely translates to "Don't sweep a boatful of man off with a bamboo"..? Don't use the same judgement on all 3SGs.. Some are really gd..

  But so far what I've seen, they're all either too good to the point they kena bullied by their men, or they makan their men too much till the men don't like them..

  nv tell off but guai lan him considered? this new 2lt posted to my camp and i was driving in. talked to the guard on duty and overheard he asked how to get to my office. so i offered to drive him up to my office. few weeks later, fren kena extra cuz he push responsibility to my fren and my fren had to see his specialist(mental case). dulan, saw him having breakfast with his men next day at canteen, tell him to watch out as we've been in this camp longer than him and we know the system better than him. y i can say that, cuz his office and my office work very closely.
