  SATS 's purchase is a sure win - SFI guarantee profit becos when soldiers doesn't eat their meals... all still (FORCED) have to go down to the cook house to throw those chips into the makan box. I heard each chip allows SFI to charge Mindef $5.50 (not sure). So SFI is a sure win Food company.

  Well, the contract will expire in 2013, so if the food is really bad, stakeholders should voice their feedback in an appropriate manner.

  yes its sure win deal... so they gonna feed passengers(economy class?) with saf cookhouse food?

  I think even economy class food tastes much better than cookhouse food..

  I think SFI, I think Cookhouse food.. Hopefully they serve western for every meal, otherwise confirm business collapse.

  I am currently working there.

  The food is to a certain extent, quite alright.

  Can't say much, though, the sandwhich department is always busy!
