Hi guys,
I've been posted to 3SIR as an Infantry Spec. Weird thing is that I'm left with 7 months to ORD, which typically would not allow me to lead men. So I'm thinking that I might be there to be an ops or HQ spec.
Does anyone know how it is like in Selarang camp? Most of my friends don't seem to know anyone from 3SIR, even my instructors from SISPEC are unable to give me any information so far. Advice pls?
what do u wanna know? 7 months also can lead, ask men to do saikang lor. 3sir b coy famous for that.
i'm currently serving my ns in selarang camp, but in a different unit. the camps pretty laid back.
as for 3sir, i always see them very slack leh
3 SIR is evergreen rite?

lol. i see 9 amb more slack than 3sir. seriously. i've got frens in 9amb and 3sir. but then again, its subjective, to a slacker, typing a letter will kill them too.
yep its subjective, also, it depends with department of 9amb you are in
and nope, i was posted into 9amb in June lol
can la. my fren doing clerical work slack. always canteen break. my fren at there mechanic, also always slacking. its not abt heavy workload. its whether u know how to avoid it.

oh ok. i was referring to your training
training wise im nt sure if its okay to disclose so wont go into details. but yea we did urban ops and its not so nice like wad ppl say "specialize in urban ops".UO is juz extra shit tat we muz do for every training.after conventional sure UO.
the equip look stylo milo but super heavy and irritating also.which means extra stuff to be carried for UO also.
we were train in motorisation so yea our shit is combination of alot of stuff.
evergreen means all our training cramp like mad for the 1st year or so.the 2nd part of our ns life suppose to be slack but rofl, attach here and there be support troops.endless outfield.
live firing do and do and do,no end.........i personally had fire live matador for 4 times already,i tink record liao.
