New Senior Specialist Rank ?

Theres been some kind of rumors going about that SAF will be abolishing the Master Sergeant rank.
Also, apparently there are two upcoming ranks that will be introduced, they are the 3rd Warrant Officers and the Domain Specialists.
Anybody know anything about these?

2nd warrant is one stripe, 3rd warrant look like what? or they push the stripes up, so 2nd warrant have 2 stripes?
domain specialists? i know enlisted, specialist, WO.. domain specialist is more like admin side?

best way to know is to ask any regulars / NSFs with access to mindef computers check for any new official OA email msg....
