Upgrade PES: Need Hospital Specialist Certify 'Fit'/ 'Good'?

  Hi, during NS i was dowgraded from PES B to PES C9L2, anyone know can i upgrade to PES B now?? :)

  That's ridiculous. What jobs can PES C chaps not do? Very little.

  Unless you want to be a security guard or dock worker.
