bro , we are already going into 2 months of our bmt liao , why u still wan to oot? i dun understand..
camp medical centres have the medicines for such common cases.
for MC, at most, a few days of att b (light duties).
MOs like their medics to be trained.
sickness, such as diarrhoea... will highly get if needed, Hartmann Solution 1 Litre IV drip.
if u want, u can ask for referral letter to hospital for further checkup.
when you go fieldcamp, i think you rather have constipation.

just eat the fruit bar in the accessory pack will solve this.
eat more fruits and drink more water.
if you really have a problem, get some fybogel from guardian pharmacy, mix with water to drink after meals.
akiba
The MO can know if you are constipated my feeling and pressing down on your abs.
Take more fibrous food and drink more water, and exercise regularly.
Avoid laxatives, because they tend to weaken your bowels and make your constipation worse.

we all panic and he was rushed to changi hospital from tekong.
the doc there cut him up and realised that he was full of shit! he few days never pai sai liao.
