Eczema Not Declared...

ok i know i've opened this thread before but seems like its burried somewhere within this forum
i'm currently suffering from eczema. initially i thought its a small issue and the wound will be healed before i enlist but i was wrong. now the wound on my finger looks horrible and its has inconvenienced me for the past few days. i have it on both hands in fact
i didn't declare that i had eczema during my medical checkup because that time don't have. can i know the procedures to go about doing so
