does anyone here knows what is the leave balance ur supposed to keep by the end of sept ? Heard its 5 to the end of this year... someone enlighten me pls...thx!

u r REQUIRED to clear all your annual leave by Dec 31. no more carry forward liao... no clear = leave forfeited.
if u r going to university (IHL), the new rule is that at most u can use max. 5 days of annual leave at the ORD week to go to registration lah... orientation camp lah...1st term week lah...etc.
