Sign 1 Due to CSM "Rules"

is it an offence to drink and walk at the same time in uniform? i had to sign 1 extra cause my CSM said i was not allowed to drink and walk. at that time i was carrying my rifle and he said regardless of whether i was armed or not, when i am in uniform, i am not allowed to drink and walk.
kinda stupid not to be able to drink and walk when u r thirsty.

but is it really an offence? i heard from NSmen that when in no4, we are not allowed to eat unless it is meal time, or drink when we are on sentry duty.

next time u see ur CO drink n walk at same time, tell him tat ur csm dont allow =/ -

he aiming to be 1st warrant.. must get nsfs to sign 1000 extras under him..
the quota for master warrant is 2000.. SWO is 3000..

i got screwed by some WO at Pasir Laba camp for walking talking on the phone at the same time.. i was on course in SIW. i think they expect us to do one action at a time.. cannot multi task...lol!

heheh, and the time to avoid getting caught for mistakes are few weeks before any holidays, ESPECIALLY New Year's Eve.. if not:"eh you go take over Guard Duty/COS on 31st" Always fcuking with us lowly soldiers..

Rubbish lar. Drinking should be unrestricted. Anytime you are thirsty, you can drink. Unless during some special events where it is justifyable They were more worried we get heat stroke than anything else. If anyone die from heatstroke, they have a lot to answer. The CSM can kiss his promotion goodbye if he is found to be responsible for the death because of his branket order of disallowing drinking while walking.

If your commander issued a command to conserved water ration, than you cannot drink.
but don't think this was the case, just some ass CSM want to look good. my whole company gana defaulter's parade because the CSM want to act garang, and complain all our rifle is dirty.
that one just take it and eat lor...

anyway why cant TS stop for a moment, drink then carry on. or sit down. maybe it look sloppy. but an extra is a bit harsh, a reprimand should be enough.
SAF got too many water parades conducted daily especially in combat units. there is even a table for daily water intake for different time of the day and the heat levels.
