Scan 11B for Identity Verify?

  Hi,

  
  Would like to enquire. I have an account at www.moneybookers.com for online transactions (functions like paypal) and there is quite a sum of money in it that is locked due to the need to verify my identity with proper documentation. They requested for a scan of my utility bill as well as IC (I do not have one since i'm serving NS, so I'm thinking of using my 11B). Can I ask if i'm allowed to scan my SAF 11B and submit to them for checking or are there any possible implications?

  Your 11B is your IC what......you can even borrow library books with it from NLB.

  Well I think u can used the SAF smart card, same as your IC what.....

  When I was in NS, I used it as photo identification for credit card purchases in Australia.
