  Hi, my aunt wants to enquire on how to bid for a canteen place in SAF. Seems like the few SAF camp number she calls has no idea how that works.

  i thought SAF camps all under either NTUC foodfare and SFI?

  since when got canteen vendors?

  Canteen and cookhouse are 2 different things.

   

  Cookhouse-SFI and NTUC

  Canteen- Officer mess, specs mess and others.
