y? cant a ording person looking for job outside with on leave? y? must wait till ord take pink ic then look for job? then like that all NSF/ORD personnel die lor. GOM says no moonlighting, yes its right. but no proof showing anyone is moonlighting. u got proof?

so what.... during my time, i had seen married nsfs with wife and babies to support, the officers closed one eye and let them book out every night to earn some parttime money like deliveryman...etc... just to buy diapers and milk powder... -
Anyway no need to talk so much. I will send the URL of this page to Mindef personnel. If they already know abt you earning as much as teo chee hean, then ok lor. They will just brush this aside and even surf other pages of the forum..

1) he is not an NSF. He is a regular specialist (not the doctor specialist hor)
2) Yes i got. It is in the thread. I took screen shots already. He said he already got income close to Minister's waiting for him. He's 3 days to ORD. Still in SAF as we speak.
And please hor, playing with shares is your income?! Hahaha ok. I am sure becos you are the only miracle since Jesus Christ first came, you can make $3K EVERYDAY of the year when you made it ONCE, cos like Christ, you can dictate the bourse by waving your rod. Or saying "Go up!"

then can u explain where do the phrase "dealings under the table" comes from?
civil servants need to sign the the what annual declaration form for income... and its self-declare....
same logic for income tax with IRAS, u self declare... but a handful still got away with false declaration... -

When i say civilian civil servant = non-uniformed people working in the government sector, MOE, MOH, MOF, MINDEF DXO.
You are not allowed to have extra curricular..not least one that earns you more than Minister teo!
I think NSF can. Not sure but heard of them doing it but no one cares. Regular is not the same.

for me i keep those co tat gives good divdanyway even tat being e case abt officer in debt, yes recently there's one MAJ... ended up locked up in DB

Look at the figure he claimed!! Close to Minister's salary leh!!! how to not investigate if you are in Mindef?? So i guess he declared and they investigated lah. One of their specs earning more than their Minister.. i see I see..
