Medical checkup is often done 6 months to a year before enlistment so there is nothing wrong with receiving the letter now. You will not be enlisted till after you finish your studies, don't worry.

Dont do stupid things, follow instructions and keep yourself safe.
Another thing, dont sign on with your qualifications. SAF is no iron rice bowl unless you are a scholar.

mono intake means?

enlist into bmt in various camps' unit's direct intakes, instead of go tekong for bmt.
Mono intake means you will be stuck in that unit for the rest of the 2 years and most likely stuck as a man which isn't exactly the best NS life
no sorry, i already finished my days in tekong. lol. Anyway its true that ITE most likely will go mono intakes but luckily i was one of the few who goes tekong.

stuck as a men doesn't mean don't have the best of NS life. It's a matter or which unit u go to.. in anyway, people do agree that either u be officer or be a men.. sergeant always kenna because in between.. :D
tsk, it sucks to have low education qualification
