During BMT, your overall cohesiveness to the platoon and how influential you are (of course in the positive way to SAF) will be part of the determining factors that your instructors are looking out for ba.
And during the Situation Test, which is a camp where everyone gets a turn to be a leader in solving different situation, just do your best in it. I think there are some scenarios which are near impossible to achieve. However, I think the testors are looking out on intangible qualities like steadfastness, stability, leadership, quick-witted, etc, more on how actual to solve a scenario.
But during Sit. Test, there will usually be people who are not tasked as leaders but trying to be 'helpful' by 'outshining' the leader. Try to be patient in listening to them and control the group.
Good luck.
