"Briefing & Assuption Ceremony" ?

  hey guys, 
  
  last night, while i was enjoying myself with a date.. BEEP BEEP, Incoming SMS from MINDEF.. (F#$!). 
  
  So i checked, i got called up to this "Briefing (Briefing Cum Assuption Ceremony)" at Jurong Camp 2, ITI. Half day event. 
  
  Can someone tell me what is it about? Do i really have to wear Number 4?

  remember to get beret and blacken ur boots...its basically a parade to signify the formation of a NS unit
