no offence if you're working at CMPB.
but i just wanna have my say.
in my previous thread i complained about not receiving my enlistment letter. now that i received and realised i'm enlisted on sept which is in the PTP batch, i called CMPB up and realised my sch hadn't send the updated result of my napfa which was taken in NOV. so i felt the need to inform CMPB about this issue because i don't wanna spend the extra 2 months in NS
so firstly i called cmpb and was informed that the school could lias with CMPB and send my updated napfa results over.
so i went to sch and got my lecturer to send the email over to CMPB.
next they told me they needed the napfa cert.
so i called CMPB up again to verify they said i could fax my results over.
and so i DID. went back to school again, got the school to fax my results over and viola.
so i came home and received a call later on during the day.
the person said i needed to head down to CMPB with my original napfa cert and approach the front desk.
I MEAN (insert anger word here)! IF THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED TO DO AND AVOID GOING THROUGH ALL THESE TROUBLE TO KEEP GOING BACK TO SCHOOL, WHY TELL ME THAT I CAN GET THE SCHOOL TO LIAS WITH CMPB IN THE FIRST PLACE?!
honestly what the hell is wrong with the CMPB management system?
anyone having the same problem as me?

for me it was different because they sent the letter (also PTP) SO early, I havent taken my napfa...and when I did...it took them more than a month to process the results..I also had to call them up a couple of times (thankfully didnt need to go down), and just 1 week before going in, they sent another letter pushing it back by a month
