I have a few questions regarding ORD FFI
How many check ups are there altogether?
Do we have to book the FFI ourselves through ns portal? Or the manpower branch of our unit will book for us and then notify us through RO?

2 checkups... dental and medical
unit clerks will book for you the dental ffi at the regional camp nearest to your camp 1st (some camps have only, e.g. nee soon, selarang, safti), then u DIY ur way to medical centre. -

medical ffi n hiv screening drawing blood can be done in ur medical centre at the same time in the same day... book what book? same as report sick as usual... -
but than for my seniors who just ord, they all just called and email the nearest camp available for dental FFI leh,
how do we go about finding those contact details and which camp to go to ar?
while i do know i need to go kranji for dental FFI next yr..
while it's a bit kaisu, but no harm knowing the steps first..

either the clerks dun bother or the chief clerk instruct them to let ORDing call DIY themselves.
get the phone numbers from s1 branch lor... -

Actually hor, unless your camp got dental clinic or else very troublesome to go some other camps dental. Booking for the dental totally depends on unit policy some units clerk will booked for you while some units want you to book yourself.

I am going to ord in early sept. how come my ffi appointment date isn't out yet. my friend who ord same day as me has already gone for his medical ffi

what for u ask here..... ask ur unit s1 branch or go medical centre ask... it's an admin problem.

went for hiv screening today.... when would i know the result? and the nurse just draw my blood and didn't fill in the ffi form....

nurse or medic...?
HIV lab test takes at least 48hrs... thereafter the following day, lab result out. so total = 3 to 4 days later. -

clear dental 1st... then last is ord ffi review with MO.u will be given the carbon copy set of the ord ffi form, which is to be given to the s1 clerk to file inside ur personal folder.

ok.... the full ord ffi form is still with me
so it wil only be filled in during dental n medical?

can use common sense...denist will only fill up the dental part...
the rest is filled up and cleared by MO...
