Enlist 2008, yet to receive letter?

man, all my poly frens haf gotten their enlistment letters but i haven't received mine. i really wonder what is going on. i checked wif cmpb they said my date is just not finalized yet and i would be going in between june to oct. like DUH....but why til now no date??? anyone in the same situation as me?

perhaps SPF is coming to get you? but my friend got SPF letter already.

Then you no need serve, But when they catch you they say you AWOL.

i receive mine liao , enlisting on the 11 september to tekong sch 2 , my friend also got his letter liao , he got mono intake into 6 sir

delco, have you received your ns enlistment letter? i am in the same boat as you oh. called the ns hotline but no use. my enlistment date is still not finalised. dunno where they posting me to sia. : S

you signing on ah? and no, i havent receive. i called them too, same prob as u...not yet finalized. zzz... -
eh i havent sign on, but it's in my career choice. hmmm wonder what are they doing with our files. till now STILL not finalised. i think maybe go police or civil defence. haha.

Not only you, there are quite a number of ppl out there haven't receive their enlistment letters as well. And no, they didn't sign on. For instance, i've got 3 friends 20yrs old this yr haven't receive their letter as well. 1 of them dropout from poly in 2006 and took his medical test in march/april 2007 but still didn't receive any letters untill now.

i am turning 18 in end of june and am graded c9l2. got once the cso from cmpb called me (even before i went for the medical checkup) and told me i will enlist roughly in sep/oct.....
the ns portal says my date is not finalised yet..

i emailed them to check roughly which month... i just signed the e-mail with my first name / surname.. and they can tell me that my enlistment date is not finalised (w/o asking for my NRIC.. what happens if someone has the same name?)
They told me generally, enlistment will take place 6 to 9 months after your medical appointment at cmpb. Mine was in March... so most probally Sep/Oct i guess.....
Resentment, - yea.. happy waiting.. lol thanks.. Now i dunno if i shld take up a course (Jul-Aug) and use my annual leave to take exams in 2009.....
